How do I get my member ID for LA Care?


You may print a temporary ID card at the L.A. Care Connect member portal. If you do not get your L.A. Care ID card within a few weeks after your enrollment date, or if your card is damaged, lost or stolen, call Member Services right away at 1-888-839-9909 (TTY: 711).

Getting Your ID Card Once you make your first premium payment, L.A. Care Health Plan will mail your Member ID Card to you in a blue envelope which will display the L.A. Care logo.
