Steps
- Visit the CCHI website.
- Choose the inquiry about insurance services.
- Press the go to service button.
- Please enter your passport number that was used to issue the insurance policy.
- Enter verification code on image then click (Submit).
- You will than be able to see the results.
How do I check my insurance status?
Ans: You can check the details of your medical insurance plan either by using your medical insurance card number or your emirates ID number. Simply log in to the official website of your provider, find the login portal for existing policyholders and log in. Here, use either your insurance card number or Emirates ID.
How to check health insurance by Iqama?
If you have an active policy which includes covid or you have purchased a 'top-up', it should 'sync' automatically with Tawakkalna. If this does not happen, you should contact Tawakkalna and have evidence of your insurance policy ready.
You can check your health insurance status online on the CCHI insurance check website. To do so, visit the CCHI website and enter your Iqama number. Once you have done so, you will be able to see your health insurance information.
