Can I shift from D to D2 while driving?
Generally you can shift from any forward gear to another forward gear while driving. You can not shift from a forward gear to park or reverse without stopping the vehicle first. Either the vehicle wont let you or you will destroy the transmission.
When should I use drive 1 and drive 2?
D3 is used for having more torque use this in the city. D2 is used for climbing uphill use this in hills. D1 or L is used for driving slow use this in different roads or downhill. There gears used for very steep hills.
