Where is the shortest PhD program?
Denmark here. PhD is standard 3 years. You have to have a bachelor's degree (3 years) and a master's (2 years) plus additional scientific work (Posters/Presentations/Publications) to start a PhD. In my field (Medicine) our masters degree is 3 years.
