Is there more to life than just working?
It's not hard to see why we can sometimes feel like work is the only thing we are doing in life. But it is important to remember that we don't live to work, we work so that we can live. Even though work is a big part of our time, there is more to life than work.
What is the point of working so hard?
We learn important life lessons when we give ourselves over to hard work: determination, attentiveness, responsibility, problem-solving, and self-control all come to mind. These lessons, in turn, serve us in other areas (health, relationships, hobbies, etc.).
How can I work full time and still have a life?
Remember, it is totally normal to feel like you don't want to work. Take a mental health day.
What is the point of life?
The point to life is to live. The chances of you even being born are miniscule. You have a better chance of winning the lottery 10 times in your life than you did of being born. It's a precious gift to just experience life no matter how brief. Just enjoy being alive and don't think you have to live up to society's idea of what life is.
Is life what you make out of it?
People are saying life is what you make of it, but perhaps this is true, but when you die, what's the point of what you make out of life? It's all over, and all the things you have experienced ends... It's a really depressing thing to think, but in 100 years none of us alive today will be remembered.
