What is the newest version of Webex?
In the January 2022 (42.1) update, Webex will officially end-of-life support for Windows operating systems earlier than Windows 10. Users on Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1 may continue to be able to start or join meetings.
What's new in WebEx for hosts?
Similar to Webex Events (classic), the host can use the Time zone planner in the Webex Meetings and Webex Events Scheduler page to plan a time where the invitees who are based in multiple time zones can attend. It’s now possible to accurately reflect the mute status in the meeting participant list for Webex on-premises registered video devices.

Check availability for your invitees before you schedule your meeting.
How does the WebEx integration work?
The integration provides the capability for agents to collaborate with other agents, supervisors, and subject matter experts, without leaving the Agent Desktop. The Webex functionality can be configured by the administrator at the global level or team level via the Desktop Layout.
