Is it possible to stay on a low dose of Saxenda?
Yes, people do stay on a low dose if you get the appetite supressant effect. Saxenda does seem to affect people differently. I have gone up to 1.8 and about 4 clicks as I can then do 1,000 calories a day quite easily. There is a Saxenda Facebook page called UK Saxenda Support Group which I find useful.

Need to loose about 4 stone, but currently waiting out my post partum 6 weeks and trying to put a plan in place. Only thing making me pause is the cost and also some of the reported side effects. I took saxenda last year and lost 22kg in about 4 months. It was brilliant for me and not too expensive as it was covered on our insurance.
