How do you apply for $5,000 Canada Greener Homes Grant?
Request your grant After you submit all your receipts and documents, you can request your grant through the online Canada Greener Homes Grant portal. Our program officers will then review your file and documents to confirm the total amount of the grant eligible for the retrofits you have completed.
Is the Canada Greener Homes grant still available?
Coming Soon: Ontario Homeowners – Beginning January 2023, new applicants in Ontario will only be able to apply for the Canada Greener Homes Grant through Enbridge. Until then, Ontario homeowners can continue using the Canada Greener Homes Grant portal for new and existing applications.
Who qualifies for home energy grant?
To be eligible for the scheme, households must: have a net income of less than ꌠ,000 per year after tax, National Insurance, mortgage or rent costs and council tax. live in a property with an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating of D, E, F or G (the four lowest ratings)
