What is the difference between a capped and uncapped account?

Generally, uncapped services run off a higher ‘contention ratio’ than capped accounts. The contention ratio is the potential maximum demand on actual bandwidth. Essentially, it comes down to the number of users allocated to share a certain amount of bandwidth or a certain portion of the network.

What are capped wages?

Capped wages – or salary caps – refer to a limit placed on an employee's salary that's enforced by the government or another organization. Most often, employers create salary caps to ensure pay equity and manage costs. An employer must have a reasonable justification for salary caps – like maintaining a compensation structure in a large company.

What is an uncapped Commission and how does it work?

An uncapped commission is exactly as the name implies: There is no cap on how much a sales representative can earn in any given period.
