Unfortunately her renewal is on the 20th July and we are trying to get sense form her online only insurer which is slow and tedious! They are basicaly saying as resolving the claim will go beyond her renewal date, she will have to declare the collision (obviously) but her no claims will not be reduced until the claim is finalised. Thus she will have four years no claims still at the point of renewal.
