Our archetypes are rooted in Holland Codes, which is the most basic building block of our career test. Holland Codes are a basic and highly reliable personality test that buckets people into one of six personality types that affect career choices. The six Holland Codes are Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional.
What is the personality of an explorer?
Explorers are intellectual, methodical, and supportive. They are naturally curious and often dive deeply into whatever their interest is at the time, understanding complicated concepts with relative ease. They are able to communicate well and like explaining things to people, especially one on one.
