What's it like to work at a financial planning firm?

I'm in financial planning and asset management. I truly enjoy working directly with clients. Problem solving, investment analysis and compliance management are major aspects of what I do on a daily basis. I'm with a small practice associated with a much larger firm, there are five of us in the office and I definitely prefer working on a small team.
