There is a high demand of HR Analysts in the industry who can utilize the skills of a data scientist without losing the human touch. The profession is in a growing need of people who have the enthusiasm and knowledge in this field.

The Human Resource (HR) Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.

Typically, a human resource analyst must have between three and seven years of related experience to be considered for the position. From that point, you can become a junior data analyst, and over time move into a position as a senior analyst. This position can be held as an employee of the company or as a consultant.
