How do I contact border services?
You can submit your question, compliment, complaint, or tip online or by calling 1-877-CBP-5511 (877-227-5511). If you are outside the U.S. you must call +1-202-325-8000.
Will Canadian border Service Agency call?
Mail packages. The CBSA may call recipients/importers to clarify package declaration details; however, if you receive a call telling you that you must pay duty and taxes on a package that the CBSA is holding and threatens penalties, including jail time, beware that this is a scam.
What times can I call the Canadian border?
You can call the BIS at 800-461-9999 from within Canada, or 204-983-3500 or 506-636-5064 from outside the country. The call center is only open 8am to 4pm.
