If you have sent funds to someone without a verified PayPal account, you can cancel your payment via the “Activity” section of your account. This should be a button or tab located at the top of the page. Click on "Activity" to bring up a list of your recent transactions. Find the transaction you wish to cancel.
How do I cancel a pending payment?
To cancel a pending payment: Go to Summary. Locate the pending payment. Click Cancel under the pending payment. Click Cancel Payment. You can only cancel a pending payment that has a 'Cancel' link next to it. If the payment you sent pending for 30 days, it will be cancelled automatically and refunded to you.
Why is my PayPal payment pending 30 days?
