What Ole versoion of Quicken will work with Windows 10?
- In Windows 10 32-bit, the oldest version of Quicken you should be able to use is Version 3. Note: You may also run the older Quicken version in an appropriate older guest OS to avoid potential compatibility issues. cosgrove29 Member ✭
How much does it cost to buy Quicken?
- Various Ebay sellers appear to be selling a one year license for about $30, but YMMV of course. Regular Quicken Deluxe at Costco is $39 as others mentioned, but I picked up one with an extra $10 off earlier this year (January). If you can time it, the best pricing is usually October - January (end of year/tax season).
Will older versions of Quicken work in Windows 10?
- The earliest version of QWin that will run under Win 10 is Quicken 2010, and even that would required some older version conversions (i.e. 2000--> 2004, etc.) Obtaining those older versions, especially Canadian versions (which you would need to convert accurately,) can be pricey. Those would have to be obtained 3rd party.
Does Quicken have an online version?
- There is no "real Quicken online". What is offered is an app called QMobile (iOS or Android) or web interface Quicken Web that allows you to see the portion of your desktop program's data file that you have setup to sync to the Quicken Cloud Account.
After installation, take your machine out of safe mode and quicken 2000 will run in Windows 10.
