Can I use my ATM card at different bank?

Most issuers will charge a user fee if the card is used to withdraw funds from a different bank. These cards typically cannot be used to make purchases at stores, as they do not have the major credit card network logos on them.
When you use an ATM that isn't operated by your own bank to make withdrawals, deposits or even simple balance inquiries, you can run into a bundle of extra fees. Sometimes these fees are charged by both your bank and by the company that operates the ATM you use.
