How to open PSD files
- Know the location of the PSD file you want to open.
- Launch Painter and select File> Open. ...
- When the file explorer opens select the file(s) you wish to open and select Open.
- Edit the PSD file using Painters many digital painting features, brushes, and tools.
PSD files are designed to be opened and edited in Photoshop, and while there are some programs that claim to be able to open PSD files, they may not support all of the features of the file format.
