What do the different calculator modes mean?


Unimodal: Only one mode, meaning one number appears more than all the others. Bimodal: Two modes, which means two numbers appear more than the rest and with the same frequency as each other. Trimodal: Three modes, which means three are used the same number of times and more than the rest of the numbers.
Data sets can have a single mode or multiple modes. No mode: All numbers in a data set occur the same number of times. Unimodal: Only one mode, meaning one number appears more than all the others.
