Bluehost is a hosting provider for site owners using the self-hosted version of WordPress (WordPress.org) or another open-source platform. It offers various hosting plans, including shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting to accommodate a variety of budgets. WordPress.com is the hosted variant of WordPress.
Those are built in out of the box with us. We also provide your hosting and support. With WordPress.org (which is what you'll use with BlueHost) it is a free, community maintained, open source project. You install WordPress and it is more technical and hands on.
