The RAD methodology consists of four phases: Requirements Planning.
This phase is similar to the preliminary-analysis, system-analysis, and design phases of the SDLC.
In this phase, the overall requirements for the system are defined, a team is identified, and feasibility is determined.
In terms of the development process, some example methodologies are "water-fall development," "spiral development," and "agile-software development." And in terms of the design approach, some example methodologies are the process-oriented approach (POA), the data-oriented approach (DOA), the object-oriented approach (
Thus, the information system development method that exist include: Agile, SSM, SSADM, RAD, PRINCE, Spiral, SDLC, Waterfall, Object oriented, XP etc (Banks & Wood-Harper, 2005).
However, this information systems development method follows the same procedure known as life cycle.1 jan. 2015
