At any time, you can add additional email accounts to your iPhone, or remove email accounts you no longer need. You can add one or more email accounts to the Mail app so that you can receive all your email in one place and easily send email from any of your accounts. Go to Settings > Mail. Tap Accounts, then tap Add Account.
On the “IMAP” dialog box, select what you want to sync on your iOS device and then tap “Save”. In the “Accounts” section, you’ll notice that your email account is added to the list. To change settings for the new account, tap on the new account in the list of “Accounts”. Under “IMAP”, tap “Account”.
To close the account completely, visit your email account provider. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts. Tap the email account you want to remove from your iPhone, then tap Sign Out or Delete Account. Note: If you change your mind later, you can add the email account back to your iPhone. See Add an email account.
You can access nearly any email account from your iPhone. You can add most email accounts to your iPhone with just a username and password. email accounts — like POP, IMAP, and Exchange — may require additional information, including server names and possibly server port numbers. Check with your email provider for this information.
