  • What are concession stamps in Australia?

    The Concession non-denominational stamp enables eligible concession card holders to receive a reduced rate on domestic postage, up to a certain value each year. A limited number of the refreshed design have been made available to philatelic collectors in the form of a stamp pack.

  • Does Auspost charge by weight or size?

    The chargeable weight is the greater of the physical weight or the cubic weight of your parcel.

  • How much is postage in Australia 2023?

    This includes an increase of the rate for ordinary small letters delivered at the regular timetable from $1.20 to $1.50. It also includes price increases at the same rate (25%) for the delivery of ordinary large letters up to 250 grams.
  • The Postal Inspection Service recommends purchasing from Approved Postal Providers™. Approved vendors can include legitimate “big box” or warehouse retailers who do provide very small discounts on postage stamps, but this is through resale agreements with the Postal Service.
