  • How long does standard delivery take Australia?

    Domestic delivery of regular and priority letters within the same state usually takes up to four business days. Delivery times vary between states but usually arrive between three and six business days. Times for International delivery depend on which country you are sending to.

    The standard postage rate in Australia for small letters and postcards is only $1.20. The dimensions should not exceed 130 mm x 240 mm x 5 mm to avail of this rate. If your letters are broader than these dimensions and weigh up to 125 g, the rate doubles to $2.40.

  • How does AusPost delivery work?

    You'll get an email when your parcel arrives, and SMS if requested. If you've got the Australia Post app, we'll also send an alert to your mobile. Just bring your photo ID like a driver's licence, and collect from the Post Office within 10 business days.
