  • Can I return something at Ace without a receipt?

    Refunds without a receipt require a valid driver's license. For purchases made by check, refunds within seven days will be issued as an Ace Hardware gift card or in-store merchandise credit.
  • Once you do submit a return, it can take up to three to five business days to receive your refund, which is made to your original payment method.
