The View campground is the only developed option in the park. The RV park offers dry sites without hookups; there are also wilderness tent sites available. Both options offer incredible views of Monument Valley, especially at sunset. You’ll also find a few private and tribal tent sites and RV parks in nearby Goulding.

The View Campground offers a new way to enjoy the park. You can choose from RV sites, or wilderness camp sites. Each offers their own unique view of Monument Valley. Our RV sites feature the best sunset views of Monument Valley. All sites are dry RV sites with no hookups.
How do I get to the View Hotel in Monument Valley?
Getting to The View Hotel, Monument Valley – Although the tribal park is only open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM in summer and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in winter, you can drive to the hotel at any time. It’s well worth making the effort to be there for sunrise or sunset. The best way to properly explore Monument Valley is by doing the 17-mile Scenic Drive.
