What is the difference between biophysics and medicine?

Biophysics is generally about the study of structure, dynamics, interactions and function of biological systems in terms of physics principles, while Medical Physics is about the application of physics in medicine, including development of medical imaging modalities, using radiation to cure cancer, and investigation .
