Doctoral (PhD)
The PhD in Biostatistics is a research-focused degree which takes approximately five years to complete. A Masters degree is not required for admission, and all PhD students receive a full tuition waiver plus a stipend.
Normative time to degree is 5 years. Students entering with a relevant master's degree in biostatistics or statistics must have a faculty advisor who is a member of the Biostatistics Graduate Group committing funding and mentorship support.
