Police are responding to an armed robbery in the Auckland suburb of Botany.
Police are hunting a group of people tonight after armed robbers hit a store in Botany.

EMAIL US No injuries were reported in the 9pm robbery and the group left in a vehicle that was found abandoned in East Tamaki.
Police were called to the store on Ti Rakau Drive in Botany Town Centre at 10pm last night.
Footage from the scene showed the car still smashed into the front of the store.
A police spokeswoman said the offenders' vehicle damaged the front of the store.

Work was under way on Wednesday morning to repair damage the vehicle had caused to the store.
The incident drew a heated response on social media with numerous east Auckland residents expressing outrage.
The latest attempted ram-raid follows a long list of such incidents, as well as robberies, at local businesses in recent months.
