The De Anza Motor Lodge was a historic motel located on former U.S.
Route 66 in the Upper Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
It was built in 1939 by Charles G.
Wallace, a local trader of Zuni art and pottery, who remained the owner until 1983.
Wallace decorated the motel with a variety of Native American art, including a series of murals by Zuni artist Tony Edaakie in a basement room.

The Hotel De Anza is a historic hotel in San Jose, California.
At ten stories, it once was the tallest hotel in the San Jose central business district, prior to the construction of Hilton, Fairmont, and Marriott hotels.
Significant for its architectural style, it is one of San Jose's few Zig Zag Moderne buildings.
The hotel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 21, 1982.

The national trails provide opportunities for hiking and historic education, as well as horseback riding, biking, camping, scenic driving, water sports, and other activities.
The National Trails System consists of 11 national scenic trails, 21 national historic trails, over 1,300 national recreation trails, and seven connecting and side trails, as well as one national geologic trail, with a total length of more than 91,000 mi (150,000 km).
The scenic and historic trails are in every state, and Virginia and Wyoming have the most running through them, with six.
