To surpass expectation in all service outcomes by providing timely, expert, evidence based culturally sensitive clinical services to all clients and their families.

The City of Costa Mesa Cultural Arts Committee is an eleven member appointed volunteer group that works with City Council to support cultural arts programs and to bring art awareness to the residents of Costa Mesa, the City of the Arts.
