Community health partners belgrade

The first of its kind in Gallatin County, the Belgrade Middle School Panther Clinic is a collaboration between the Belgrade School District and Community Health Partners

Opened in 2020, the clinic, which is located inside the Belgrade Middle School, is open to all students and families of students within the Belgrade School District

The CHP-Belgrade medical clinic has been offering primary and preventative medical care to patients of all ages as well as behavioral health for both children and adults since 2007

The clinic is in the heart of Belgrade’s historic downtown with convenient, free street parking and in the city-owned lot
