What is the community rewards program?

The ‘Community Rewards’ element of the program will allow businesses to support local schools, clubs and charities.
These groups may benefit by receiving donations from a percentage of purchases made by their respective members or supporters who use their card in your business.
Regular Performance reports are provided every quarter.

What is the Health Rewards program?

The Health Rewards program is limited to two adults, over age

18, in Self Plus One and Self and Family enrollments.
Members can earn health rewards up to a total of $250 for the following activities:

Completion of the annual health assessment ($75); 2.
Completion of the annual biometric screening provided by GEHA ($75); 3.

Ethnographic research together with focus group discussions and in-depth key informant interviews in rural Uganda revealed that community members are willing to reward volunteer CHWs (who are members of family health teams) with cash as well as material and symbolic rewards for appreciation of their help

How do I redeem my wellness portal reward points?

Points can be redeemed for either physical or electronic gift cards from a variety of retailers

Please note that reward points expire 6 months after they are earned
