Northwest compensation and rewards forum

The Northwest Compensation & Rewards Forum (NCRF) is an association of compensation and benefits professionals based in the Puget Sound. NCRF exists to promote the exchange of information, ideas, plans, and policies in the field of total rewards trends and practices.

We are located in the Greater Seattle, Washington area. An important benefit of membership is the opportunity to network with practitioners and experts to share resources.

What is comp and COMP-Northwest?

COMP and COMP-Northwest support the Western University of Health Sciences (WesternU) in its mission to increase the availability of physicians to serve the needs of the people living in the Western region of the United States

COMP provides the educational basis for internship and residencies in all medical specialties

What is the Northwest Forum?

The Northwest Forum is a social forum for its members to get together and exchange information both social and educational in nature

The meetings constitute a vehicle for its members to express ideas on topics of general or current local, national and international interest
