Is there a publication fee for the International journal of conservation science?

IJCS is an open access journal.
The journal does not have submission/retraction fee but has Article Publication Charge (APC) of 500 EUR (waived for 2023).
Invited scholars and the ones from lower income countries are eligible for discounts..
