Ayodhya Junction railway station is a railway station in the city of Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh in India.
It is one of two railway junction stations in the city; the other one is Faizabad Junction.
The station is owned by Indian Railways.

Cox's Bazar Railway Station is an under-construction railway station in Bangladesh.
It is being built near the bus terminal of the city of Cox's Bazar.
The construction of the railway station is likely to end in 2023.

The Eastern Suburbs Railway (ESR) is a commuter railway line in Sydney constructed in the 1970s.
It is operated by Sydney Trains and has stations at Martin Place, Kings Cross, Edgecliff and Bondi Junction.

The Eden Valley Railway (EVR) was a railway in Cumbria, England.
It ran between Clifton Junction near Penrith and Kirkby Stephen via Appleby-in-Westmorland.

The Hejaz railway was a narrow-gauge railway that ran from Damascus to Medina, through the Hejaz region of modern day Saudi Arabia, with a branch line to Haifa on the Mediterranean Sea.
It was a part of the Ottoman railway network and the original goal was to extend the line from the Haydarpaşa Terminal in Kadıköy, Istanbul beyond Damascus to the Islamic holy city of Mecca.
However, construction was interrupted due to the outbreak of World War I, and it reached only to Medina, 400 kilometres (250 mi) short of Mecca.
The completed Damascus to Medina section was 1,300 kilometres (810 mi).

The Panama Canal Railway is a railway line linking the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean in Central America.
The route stretches 47.6 miles (76.6 km) across the Isthmus of Panama from Colón (Atlantic) to Balboa.
Because of the difficult physical conditions of the route and state of technology, the construction was renowned as an international engineering achievement, one that cost US$8 million and the lives of an estimated 5,000 to 10,000 workers.
Opened in 1855, the railway preceded the Panama Canal by half a century; the railway was vital in assisting the construction of the canal in the early 1900s.
With the opening of the canal, the railroad's route was changed as a result of the creation of Gatun Lake, which flooded part of the original route.
Following World War II, the railroad's importance declined and much of it fell into a state of neglect until 1998, when a project to rebuild the railroad to haul intermodal traffic began; the new railroad opened in 2001.

A quadruple-track railway is a railway line consisting of four parallel tracks with two tracks used in each direction.
