To add a stash box, enter build mode in your camp and scroll over to "Stash Boxes" and build the one you want.
To move your camp, find a place you want to have it, open up your pipboy, and hit the button/key for "Move Camp." There's no way to charge power armor. - Power armor can't be charged…it uses a battery called a Fusion Core which is drained as you use the armor, things like sprinting drain the battery faster - As long as you have a another charged fusion core in your inventory, it will automatically swap out the uncharged one for a full one once the battery is empty.
- What you can do is pick pocket the fusion core from the NPC, which will force them to get out of the power armor.
It is also possible to damage the fusion core while the NPC is wearing the armor, which will force them to vacate the suit as well.
