Corporate law or international law

Corporate law (also known as business law, company law or enterprise law) is the body of law governing the rights, relations, and conduct of persons, companies, organizations and businesses.
The term refers to the legal practice of law relating to corporations, or to the theory of corporations.

International Commercial Law is a body of legal rules, conventions, treaties, domestic legislation and commercial customs or usages, that governs international commercial or business transactions. A transaction will qualify to be international if elements of more than one country are involved.

The Organization of American States defines private international law as the legal framework regulating relationships among individuals in an international context.
This framework provides a set of principles for resolving legal disputes between private entities (individuals and corporations) in different countries.
