(Calgary Board of Education) Calgary Board of Education (CBE) cosmetology students are praising changes coming to their classrooms that will mean representation for students of colour and a more diverse skill set for all students

The Cosmetology program provides a personalized, self-paced learning experience for ambitious students seeking industry credential as a Hairstyling Apprentice or Certified Esthetician

The program is taught by Journeymen Hairdressers, Certified Estheticians, and Alberta Education certified teachers

CBE students can also take courses at the Career and Technology Centre at Lord Shaughnessy High School
