Peter Coles (born 1963 ) is a theoretical cosmologist at Maynooth University. He studies the large scale structure of our Universe.
He studied for his PhD in 1985–1988, subsequently becoming a postdoctoral researcher at Sussex and Queen Mary, subsequently becoming a lecturer there.
Professor Mark Coles graduated with a BSc (Honors and Distinction) in microbiology from Cornell University (NY, USA) in 1992.
He then went on to complete his PhD in the Department of Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of California, Berkeley with Prof.
