Can I use the smartfusion2 maker board with Libero SoC?

The SmartFusion2 Maker Board can be used with Microsemi’s Libero SoC v11.8 software or more recent versions of it.
Libero SoC with a silver license will program the FPGA fabric of the SmartFusion2.
To code the ARM Cortex M3, Microsemi offer a full featured, Eclipse based IDE called SoftConsole.
