What are the CQS scheme rules?
The scheme requires firms to undergo a strict assessment, compulsory training and random audits.
The initial accreditation lasts for 12 months and firms are required to re-apply to the scheme each year in order to maintain CQS accredited status, to ensure that they continue to meet the standards required..
We award accreditations to legal practices and solicitors who meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service in specific areas of law.
Look for our quality mark logos on legal practices' websites, printed material or offices to check whether a solicitor or practice is accredited.
