To become Dubai Municipality certified engineer you need to clear the exam.
This exam is for civil engineers and electrical engineers.
You may have required experience from any country.

You can go to Society of Engineers office in almamzar area and get the list of documents required for registration.
Once documents are reviewed you have to pay fees of around AED675.
