How do I get my QML results?

When making a request via email it is important you include the following details:

1. Your contact details including name, address and QML Doctor Code
2. Patient's Full Name
3. Patient's Date of Birth
4. Patient's QML Lab Number (if available)
5. Date of pathology Service
6. Tests requested

How long do you fast for QML?

Please do not eat, chew gum or drink any fluids (except water) for at least 8 hours before the test.
It is preferable you do not fast for more than 12 hours.
