America's Best Dance Crew All-Stars: Road to the VMAs was the eighth season of the competitive dance reality television series America's Best Dance Crew.
The revival of the series was announced by MTV on January 10, 2015, following the show's cancellation in 2012.
The season, which premiered on July 29, 2015, was hosted by television presenter Jason Dundas.
The season consisted of six MTV Video Music Award–themed episodes; the winner was crowned in a live episode finale airing before the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards.
Hip hop artist T-Pain, recording artist Teyana Taylor, and Broadway performer Frankie Grande formed the new judging panel.

A Tribe Called Quest was an American hip hop group formed in Queens, New York City, in 1985, originally composed of rapper and main producer Q-Tip, rapper Phife Dawg, DJ and co-producer Ali Shaheed Muhammad, and rapper Jarobi White.
The group is regarded as a pioneer of alternative hip hop and merging jazz with hip hop, influencing numerous hip hop and R&B musicians.

Jota Quest is a Brazilian pop rock band.
The band was founded in 1993 in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais as J.
Quest, but due to trademark issues with Hanna-Barbera, they renamed themselves Jota Quest.
The band members include: Rogério Flausino (vocals), Marco Túlio Lara (guitar), Márcio Buzelin (keyboards), PJ (bass) and Paulinho Fonseca (drums). Jota Quest initially stood apart from Minas Gerais' musical tradition by garnering national success with pop rock and blue-eyed soul-tinged pop.
Eventually the band exposed its Clube da Esquina influences, including collaborations with Minas Gerais exponents Paulinho Pedra Azul and Milton Nascimento in Oxigenio as well as jams with 14 Bis and a collaboration with Roberto Carlos over his hit single Alem do Horizonte. Jota Quest sold over 4,000,000 copies in Brazil, Latin America and Portugal.

Unveiled on June 15, 2015, during its E3 press conference as the seventh main installment of the
series, it was released in October 2015 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii, and Wii U.

Quest Crew is an American hip-hop dance crew from Los Angeles, California who were declared winners of the third season of America's Best Dance Crew.
They made their first few appearances individually on shows like So You Think You Can Dance and at events such as Kollaboration 8 and World of Dance.
They helped with the choreography for well-known duo LMFAO and have previously toured with them as well.
On August 29, 2015, Quest Crew was declared all-star champions of Season 8 of America's Best Dance Crew (ABDC) receiving $100,000 and the ABDC trophy again.
This is the crew's second time being declared champion of MTV's hit show.

ReQuest Dance Crew are an all-female hip-hop dance crew from Auckland, New Zealand.
ReQuest was formed in 2007, with originally five members.
They are based out of The Palace Dance Studio in Penrose and are one of six crews alongside The Royal Family (MegaCrew), Kingsmen (Adult), Sorority (Varsity), Duchesses (Varsity) and Bubblegum (Junior).
