Mitel db programming not launching

Because the following programming changes are saved in the system database, you cannot make changes if the Mitel 5000 DB Programming application is open.
If you try to make changes, DATABASE IN USE BY OTHER APPLICATIONS appears.
The application must be closed before you can use the administrator endpoint to make changes.

Double-Take Availability Software for Failover For system failover in the current release, Mitel Connect ONSITE supports Double-Take Availability software on Windows Server 2012 R2.
Double-Take supports redundancy of the HQ server (physical or virtual) across the LAN or WAN.

In the Mitel DB Programming tool, enable "Online Monitor" under View (at this point it warns you about playing with things you shouldn't).
Then navigate to System, Devices and Feature Codes, SIP Peers, SIP Phone Groups, the group that the phone is in, Configuration, Timers.

System Programming can be accessed either from the Console Telephone plugged in to extension 20 or via a PC connected on the Mitel 1000 LAN, accessing the Management Application.
Programming using the Console Telephone:

1. Enter System Programming

Select ‘System’ and scroll down.
Select ‘Music on Hold’ Select option you require.
Exit.
