Design of project

  • What is project design organization?

A project design is a strategic organization of ideas, materials and processes for the purpose of achieving a goal.
Project managers rely on a good design to avoid pitfalls and provide parameters to maintain crucial aspects of the project, like the schedule and the budget.Jun 15, 2023.

  • A design document is a complete high-level solution to the problem presented.
It should be detailed enough that somebody who already understands the problem could go out and code the project without having to make any significant decisions.
  • The project design defines the overall project methodology that'll be used and an overview of the project.
It describes the major deliverables, products or features that will be completed.
The project design also roughly estimates the budget and outlines how to monitor and evaluate progress.Jun 15, 2023

Proposed Russian navy ship

The Project 23900 Ivan Rogov is the newest class of Russian amphibious assault ships intended as a replacement for the French Mistral class, two of which were ordered by Russia in 2011, but that France refused to deliver in September 2014 due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
A contract was signed on 22 May 2020 for the construction of two Project 23900 ships with a displacement of 40,000 tons.
The construction is led by JSC Zelenodolsk Design Bureau, which is a part of JSC Ak Bars Shipbuilding Corporation.
