This chain of reasoning enables the dictionary to contain the most basic concepts and be self-sufficient
Such a concept source is being developed at Paris Observatory in the form of an interactive database (MySql/Php) called An Etymological Dictionary of Astronomy and Astrophysics (EDAA)
Currently it contains the definitions of about 13,000 English entries, with their French and Persian equivalents
It is designed to cover all of astronomy, includingparticle physics and some statistics; in this sense the Glossary is aslight departure from the extragalactic focus of the rest of theknowledge base
It is expected that the Glossary will eventually serve as one of manyentry points into the major holdings of LEVEL5
