Astrophysics internships

Students enjoy opportunities to conduct research in nearly every branch of astronomy and astrophysics and access to CfA's extensive facilities.
SAO's Predoctoral Program is open to current graduate students pursuing thesis research in astrophysics or related fields.

Depending on the project
Interns will work either remote or on-site at any of NASA’s 10 field centers across the country.
NASA interns typically work during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday – Friday
Unless stated in the project description.
NASA offers internships for non-STEM majors.

The selected students will work with a supervisor in the department, usually a postdoctoral researcher or lecturer, on a self-contained research project
