The General Rubric for Analytic Evaluation on page 14 can be used to score a piece of writing in this way as can the rubrics for specific writing types on pages 17, 22, 27, 32–34, and 43

Various characteristics are listed under each aspect, forming categories, and each category is assigned a weighted score
